Second Holiday Luncheon request

Good morning members. Last week I requested for you to provide me with a head count for this years holiday luncheon by Monday at 6:00pm.

I had such a over whelming lack of response with 2 members indicating they will be attending.

I did indicate that I would like to place the order with the catering firm soon but I do not have to complete that immediately!  Just wanted to move this off of my to do list !

I AM APPEALING ONCE AGAIN FOR YOUR HEAD COUNT FOR THE HOLIDAY LUNCHEON BEING HELD ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 19, 2023.

Kindly let me know by November 1, 2023 which is next week Wednesday.

I need no less than 25 to make it to the minimum for any catering firm to come out and do a set up.
