Police Motorcycles

Has anyone recently ordered motorcycles using the Illinois state contract with Fox Valley Harley and if so what has been your experience? My Police Department has heard that orders are being placed but the dealer has not been able to get the motorcycles from Harley. They got a quote from a dealer in Shorewood that is not on the State contract but they can apparently get the units delivered by March. Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
