Inventory Cycle Counts/Annual Audit

Good afternoon all!

I'm curious what other municipalities are doing for cycle counts and annual audits of their fleet parts.

Currently, our Fleet parts are in CFA and each part is associated with a class categorization (A/B/C/D), A being fast moving parts, D being dead parts that haven't been disbursed in years and B/C in between. We try to perform a weekly cycle count with a sampling of each categorization and then an annual audit at the end of our fiscal year.

What is everybody else doing?
